1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Refund Policy. If you place an order for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Store and product information
We aim to display product names, images, variants, availability, live-rip schedules, prices, and descriptions accurately. Trading-card products are subject to manufacturer variation, randomized contents, and limited availability. Images may be representative, and colours may vary by display.
NinjaRips.TV is an independent retailer and content creator. Product names, game names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you when information is incomplete or an item cannot be fulfilled. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
Inventory is reduced after confirmed payment. Products may also be manually deactivated, expire at the end of their sales window, or sell out before checkout is completed.
4. Prices, currency, and payment
Product prices are maintained in U.S. dollars. Customers may view estimated Canadian-dollar prices using the current exchange rate shown by the site, but Stripe processes every payment in USD. Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Shipping, duties, taxes, and other charges are displayed or described before payment when available.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. NinjaRips.TV does not store complete payment-card numbers. We may correct clear display or calculation errors before accepting an order, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Live rips and pre-orders
A “live rip” purchase authorizes NinjaRips.TV to open the selected trading-card product during a scheduled YouTube livestream. Scheduled times are displayed in Eastern Time. Stream dates may change for operational, platform, safety, or availability reasons; if that happens, we will provide an updated time or another remedy required by law.
Trading-card contents are random. Purchasing a pack does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, grade, value, or outcome. Once a live-rip product has been opened for you, it cannot be returned to sealed condition. This does not remove rights relating to an incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially misdescribed order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is currently available to Canada and the United States. The checkout estimate, address requirements, tracking, carrier rules, and return conditions are explained in our Shipping and Refund Policy.
7. Marketing emails
Joining the NinjaRips.TV mailing list is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in through the footer signup form, the optional choice at Stripe Checkout, or another signup where your consent is recorded. We may use the name you provide and links to relevant products to personalize newsletters, merchandise announcements, live-rip dates, product drops, and similar promotions.
Every marketing email includes NinjaRips.TV identification, our mailing address, and a full unsubscribe option. You may withdraw consent at any time through that link. We maintain a suppression record after an unsubscribe so the address is not sent further marketing without fresh consent. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional order, payment, shipping, delivery, account-security, or customer-service messages.
Promotional schedules, featured products, availability, prices, and live-rip dates may change. A marketing email is informational and does not reserve inventory or form an accepted order.
8. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, submit fraudulent orders, abuse payment disputes, or use content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
9. Third-party services
The site relies on third parties including YouTube, Stripe, Shippo, shipping carriers, Resend, and hosting or infrastructure providers. Stripe may record an optional Checkout marketing choice, and Resend provides email delivery and scheduling. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.
10. Intellectual property
The NinjaRips.TV name, original site design, videos, graphics, copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to NinjaRips.TV. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, future availability, collectible value, grading outcomes, or resale results. Nothing in these terms excludes legal warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws that apply where NinjaRips.TV operates, without limiting mandatory protections available where you live. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms in effect when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
