1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Refund Policy. If you place an order for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Store and product information
We aim to display product names, images, variants, availability, live-rip schedules, prices, and descriptions accurately. Sealed trading-card products are subject to manufacturer variation, randomized contents, and limited availability. Singles are sold as the listed card, game, set, card number, variant, finish, condition and language, subject to available stock; their contents are not random. Images may be representative, and colours may vary by display.
NinjaRips.TV is an independent retailer and content creator. Product names, game names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
3. Orders, acceptance, and temporary reservations
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully confirmed by our payment system and we send an order confirmation. Reaching a checkout success page by itself does not confirm payment or acceptance. We may contact you when information is incomplete or an item cannot be fulfilled. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
Adding standard copies or packs to the pouch does not reserve them. A verified, signed-in customer adding an available photographed copy receives a timed hold on that exact SKU for that customer and cart. Its deadline is shown in the pouch. Starting checkout transfers that same exact-card hold to the order and uses the configured checkout reservation period. Other customers cannot purchase the exact card during its active hold; standard pooled copies remain separate.
Starting checkout may also temporarily reserve selected standard inventory and any Ninja Points you choose to redeem. A reservation is not an accepted order and does not guarantee payment will succeed. Abandoned cart holds and failed, expired or cancelled unpaid checkouts release their holds; payment processing may retain a checkout hold while its result is confirmed. Inventory is marked sold only after confirmed payment. A late payment after a hold was released requires review, not substitution of a different photographed card. Products may be deactivated, expire at the end of their sales window, or sell out before a reservation is created.
4. Customer accounts and Ninja Points
A verified NinjaRips account is required to purchase Singles, live-rip and pack products and to enter a NinjaRips giveaway. You may create or access an account using email and password or, when offered, Google sign-in. Google authenticates your Google identity; NinjaRips.TV then creates or accesses the corresponding local NinjaRips account. If a verified Google email matches an existing NinjaRips account, the sign-in methods may be linked to that same account. You must provide accurate signup and eligibility information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Pack, live-rip and Singles purchases, account order history, Ninja Points activity, memberships, and giveaway entries are connected to the immutable account identifier used by the site.
When Ninja Points are enabled, eligible paid pack, live-rip and Singles purchases earn points under the rate displayed in your account. Shipping, tax, merchandise, and value already paid with points are excluded. An active Ninja Club plan may apply the displayed points multiplier to eligible spend. Redemption values, minimums, maximum order percentages, earning rates, multipliers, and expiration rules may change prospectively. Available points can be redeemed in the pouch against eligible pack, live-rip and Singles item spend, subject to the current minimum, available balance and maximum order percentage. Points cannot pay shipping, taxes or Fourthwall merchandise. Earning rates and multipliers are captured when checkout begins; later settings or membership changes do not retroactively increase an existing order. A checkout point hold is applied once payment is confirmed and is released after an unsuccessful or cancelled unpaid checkout. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. A verified full or partial refund may create a proportional negative adjustment to points earned on the refunded spend, including a negative balance if previously earned points were already spent. The transaction ledger remains the record of points earned, held, redeemed, expired, reversed, or adjusted.
A live-rip queue, pull history, and Ninja Vault are not active unless the website expressly says otherwise. Account creation alone does not award points, membership, purchases, or an entry outside the free entry process stated for a specific giveaway.
Merchandise checkout, payment, fulfillment, and order history remain on Fourthwall and do not earn Ninja Points. A time-limited Ninja Club campaign may provide an eligible member with one unique, one-time Fourthwall shop code as described in the membership section.
5. Ninja Club membership
Ninja Club offers recurring monthly subscription tiers purchased through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide at the price and in the currency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, on a recurring basis until cancellation takes effect. Your verified NinjaRips account must remain in good standing, and Stripe's confirmed subscription status and tier are the source of truth for access.
Eligible first-time subscribers receive one seven-day trial per NinjaRips account across all tiers. Stripe collects a payment method at signup, and recurring billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Creating another checkout session, changing tiers, canceling, or creating another account does not restart or restore trial eligibility where fraud-prevention or account-linking records show the trial was already used.
While your membership is active, your current tier may provide the pack discount, Ninja Points multiplier on eligible pack, live-rip and Singles purchases, badge, giveaway eligibility, early pack access, and other benefits displayed on the membership page. Pack discounts and early pack access do not automatically apply to Singles. Early access applies only to selected products and begins at the time shown for the active tier. It is not an inventory reservation or a guarantee that an item will remain available; limited products may sell out before public access begins.
A tier change made during a trial takes effect without restarting or extending the original trial. A paid upgrade may take effect after Stripe confirms an immediate prorated charge. A paid downgrade is normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period, with current-tier benefits continuing until then. Stripe determines and records any applicable invoice, credit, tax, or proration.
Limited campaigns may provide eligible tiers with one unique, one-time Fourthwall merchandise code per member and campaign. Eligibility may exclude trial members or be limited to named tiers. A code is subject to the displayed percentage, product scope, start and expiration times, cannot be regenerated after use, and may be disabled when the campaign ends or membership eligibility ends where the campaign says so. It is not a permanent discount and does not move Fourthwall checkout or orders into NinjaRips. Plan pricing and benefits may change prospectively; any change requiring advance notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
The referral program awards the referrer a Stripe customer-balance credit currently presented as 7 free membership days after a referred account completes its trial and its first real paid Ninja Club invoice succeeds. The corresponding percentage of the referred member's qualifying monthly tier price is frozen when each reward is created; rewards accumulate independently and may exceed one month. Starting a trial, creating or verifying an account, a $0 invoice, or a failed payment does not qualify. Rewards are promotional membership billing credits, have no cash value, are not transferable, do not alter trial or subscription dates, and are automatically applied by Stripe to a future eligible invoice when the referrer has a Stripe customer account.
We may flag, disqualify, correct, withhold, or reverse a referral or reward where accounts are duplicated, self-controlled, fraudulent, suspended, deleted, refunded, charged back, or otherwise ineligible. A reversal creates an opposite Stripe balance adjustment rather than deleting the original record; if the original credit was already consumed, the adjustment may be collected against a future invoice. Administrative actions and reward attempts are recorded for audit and duplicate rewards are prohibited.
You may manage billing, update your payment method, or schedule cancellation through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period normally leaves benefits active through that paid period. Benefits may be suspended or end when a subscription becomes incomplete, unpaid, canceled, expired, or past due beyond any configured grace period. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription charges are not refunded for a partially used billing period.
6. Prices, currency, and payment
Consumer pack, live-rip and Singles product prices, shipping estimates, and related Stripe Checkout payments are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Your card provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees when your account uses another currency. Shipping, duties, taxes, and other charges are displayed or described before payment when available. Item subtotal, shipping, taxes and total are recorded on orders and order PDFs; a zero tax amount means no tax was charged. A displayed approximate CAD equivalent is informational, not a change to the USD charge.
Ninja Club subscriptions are billed in the price and currency shown at membership checkout. Sponsorship invoices may be issued in Canadian or U.S. dollars as stated on the applicable invoice. Payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe except for an external wire expressly authorized on a sponsorship invoice. NinjaRips.TV does not store complete payment-card numbers or sponsor bank-account credentials. We may correct clear display or calculation errors before accepting an order or finalizing an invoice, subject to applicable law.
7. Live rips and pre-orders
A “live rip” purchase authorizes NinjaRips.TV to open the selected trading-card product during a scheduled YouTube livestream. Scheduled times are displayed in Eastern Time. Stream dates may change for operational, platform, safety, or availability reasons; if that happens, we will provide an updated time or another remedy required by law.
Trading-card contents are random. Purchasing a pack does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, grade, value, or outcome. Once a live-rip product has been opened for you, it cannot be returned to sealed condition. This does not remove rights relating to an incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially misdescribed order.
Public Rip Names
Automatically assigned Public Rip Names use Ninja followed by random numbers, not your real name, email or Google account identifier. You may choose a different public alias. Vulgar, racist, hateful or offensive words are not permitted in Public Rip Names. We may reject a name or replace a recognizable older Google-generated starter name with an anonymous name to protect privacy. Current public winner displays use the current Public Rip Name; private transaction and audit records remain preserved. YouTube giveaway comments must match your current Public Rip Name.
If your name does not respect these guidelines, an administrator may reset it to an anonymous Ninja name. You must choose a new, compliant Public Rip Name. A dismissible account warning explains the reset; dismissing it hides the notice for the current login only and does not remove this requirement. It may appear again on your next login until your name is updated.
8. Giveaways
Our Giveaway Rules explain the account-level conditions. Each promotion also publishes its own Official Rules, prize, dates, entry method, entry limits and any narrower age, residence or membership restrictions. Review those details before entering. If these Terms conflict with giveaway-specific Official Rules, the Official Rules govern that promotion, subject to mandatory law.
Account opt-in and eligibility
A verified NinjaRips account is required. Giveaways are currently limited to people who are 18 or older and reside in Canada or the United States, subject to each draw's additional restrictions. Members can choose to opt in or remain opted out during signup, or manage that choice in Account → Giveaways or Settings. Creating an account, signing in with Google or posting a YouTube comment does not by itself opt you in.
Opting in requires one account-level acceptance of the general giveaway rules, age and residence confirmations, and the ten-day prize claim and forfeiture conditions. Eligibility is self-declared through checkboxes; we do not ask for or store a birth date or a separate country of residence. We save the confirmed conditions, accepted policy version and server-recorded acceptance date and time. Entrants are responsible for truthful confirmations; false declarations may result in disqualification. Prizes will only be shipped to an eligible address in Canada or the United States. You do not need to accept another modal for every giveaway; each draw's published details still apply. Re-opting in reuses a valid saved acceptance rather than creating a new acceptance date. A changed general policy version may require fresh acceptance. Your acceptance receipt and recorded draw details are available in Account → Giveaways.
Free entry and YouTube comments
No purchase is necessary. Buying packs, live rips, Singles, merchandise, Ninja Club membership or another product does not create an automatic entry or improve the odds of selection. Complete an enabled free entry method and satisfy the published eligibility requirements. Giveaway opt-in is separate from marketing consent; declining or unsubscribing from marketing does not affect giveaway eligibility or odds.
When YouTube comment verification is enabled, a qualifying entry requires a public, top-level comment on the identified video containing only the exact current Rip Name shown in your NinjaRips account. Replies, extra comments, duplicate accounts and repeated entry attempts do not create extra entries. If the Official Rules require the comment to remain posted, removing it, changing it so it no longer matches or making it unavailable before the draw may make the entry ineligible. Changing your Rip Name may require updating the comment. Public comments may be rescanned before selection. Subscribing to NinjaRips or liking the video is not required for eligibility and does not improve your odds. YouTube does not sponsor, endorse or administer NinjaRips giveaways.
Winner selection and opting out
Only accounts with saved rules acceptance that are currently opted in are included in initial or alternate winner draws. People who never opted in or who opted out are excluded even if their YouTube comment was previously matched or their entry was verified. Opt-in is rechecked when the draw is finalized; an earlier eligibility preview does not override a later opt-out. Opting out stops new entries and excludes existing entries from future drawings without erasing entry records or withdrawing an already-awarded prize claim. Giveaway choices do not cancel your account, purchases or membership.
Winner selection uses a secure server-side random draw from the final eligible entry pool. Entries may be rejected or a selected entrant disqualified for inaccurate eligibility information, prohibited automated or duplicate attempts, tampering, failure to satisfy the Official Rules, or failure to complete a required skill-testing question or verification step. Selection is subject to verification and does not become a confirmed award until the published requirements are met. Only a winner's public Rip Name may be announced.
Prize claims and the ten-day deadline
New selected winners receive a transactional email linking to Account → Giveaways, where they must submit their claim, confirm their complete recipient mailing address and confirm they are 18 or older. The deadline is exactly 10 days from winner selection and is displayed in the account and notification email. It does not start at email receipt, and email delivery delays, retries or reminders do not restart it.
If no claim is received before the exact deadline, the prize is automatically forfeited. No extensions or exceptions. A timely claim awaiting eligibility verification is not treated as an unclaimed prize solely because verification continues after the deadline. Claiming does not waive eligibility checks or a required skill-testing question. If a selected entrant forfeits or is disqualified, an alternate may be selected through a new recorded draw.
Private identity, eligibility, contact details, acceptance receipts, claims, deadlines and draw audit records are handled under our Privacy Policy. Historical prize selections retain their originally applicable claim conditions; this does not exempt a historical entry from the current opt-in requirement for a future draw. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded. Void where prohibited.
9. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is currently available to Canada and the United States. Before checkout, save a complete shipping address with the recipient's real name and phone number in your account. We use the selected address to prefill Stripe Checkout; review the information before paying. If an address is missing, checkout returns you to account address setup. Order history and available tracking are accessed through your signed-in account, not a public order-lookup page. The checkout estimate, address requirements, tracking, carrier rules, and return conditions are explained in our Shipping and Refund Policy.
10. Marketing emails
Joining the NinjaRips.TV mailing list is optional and is not a condition of purchase or giveaway entry. You may opt in through the footer signup form, the separate optional choice on a giveaway form, or another signup where your consent is recorded. We may use the name you provide and links to relevant products to personalize newsletters, merchandise announcements, live-rip dates, product drops, and similar promotions.
Every marketing email includes NinjaRips.TV identification, our mailing address, and a full unsubscribe option. You may withdraw consent at any time through that link. We maintain a suppression record after an unsubscribe so the address is not sent further marketing without fresh consent. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional giveaway, order, payment, shipping, delivery, account-security, or customer-service messages.
Promotional schedules, featured products, availability, prices, and live-rip dates may change. A marketing email is informational and does not reserve inventory or form an accepted order.
11. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, submit fraudulent orders or giveaway entries, abuse payment disputes, or use content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
12. Third-party services
The site relies on third parties including Google for optional account authentication, YouTube, Stripe, Shippo, shipping carriers, Fourthwall, Resend, Short.io, and hosting, infrastructure, security, or analytics providers. Stripe processes consumer payments, subscriptions, sponsor invoices, hosted invoice pages, and Canadian bank-debit mandates. Google confirms identity and basic profile information when you choose Google sign-in. YouTube provides public video, livestream, and comment data used for enabled giveaway entry methods. Short.io provides sponsor-campaign tracking links and related click measurements. Resend provides email delivery and scheduling. Fourthwall independently processes merchandise storefront, checkout, fulfillment, and merch-order information. These services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.
12A. Sponsor agreements and invoices
Sponsor campaigns may be activated only after the applicable sponsorship agreement is accepted through the authorized private signing flow or NinjaRips records a fully signed external agreement as an audited legal override. Material campaign changes may supersede the accepted version and require a new acceptance before the campaign is scheduled or made live. If these website terms conflict with a fully signed sponsorship agreement for a campaign, the signed agreement governs that campaign to the extent of the conflict.
A sponsorship invoice states the sponsor, campaign, line items, currency, taxes where applicable, issue date, due date, payment method, and total due. Available due terms may include due on receipt, net 15, net 30, or a custom date. An unpaid invoice may be voided and replaced when a correction is required, but a void invoice is not payable. Unless NinjaRips records an authorized exception with a reason, a campaign that requires payment before going live is not financially cleared until its primary invoice is fully paid.
For an eligible invoice assigned Canadian bank debit, Stripe may offer ACSS/PAD through its hosted payment experience. Stripe collects the bank details, verification information, and mandate; NinjaRips does not collect or store complete bank-account credentials. Initiating a bank debit does not constitute final payment. The invoice remains processing or outstanding until Stripe confirms settlement, and a failed or reversed payment is not treated as paid.
An invoice designated for external U.S.-dollar wire payment must be paid using the secure instructions shown only to the authorized sponsor user. The sponsor should wire the exact amount and include the invoice number as the reference where possible. Reporting that a wire was sent does not mark the invoice paid. Only an authorized NinjaRips administrator may confirm receipt, after which NinjaRips records the confirmation and marks the corresponding Stripe invoice paid outside Stripe so it is not charged again.
When an invoice becomes fully paid, NinjaRips generates a paid receipt, makes it available in the Sponsor Portal, and sends it to the billing contact when email delivery is available. Sponsor invoices, payment confirmations, receipts, and campaign financial-clearance decisions are business records and may be preserved for accounting, tax, audit, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
13. Intellectual property
The NinjaRips.TV name, original site design, videos, graphics, copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to NinjaRips.TV. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission, except as permitted by law.
14. Records, archiving, and deletion
Cancelling an unpaid order releases stock and point holds without recording a sale. A paid order requires a confirmed refund rather than unpaid cancellation. For Singles, a confirmed full refund restores all remaining returnable cards to inventory; a card-selected partial refund restores only the selected quantities, while an amount-only partial refund with a reason does not automatically return cards. Refunds and inventory returns remain separately auditable and cannot restore the same cards twice. Archiving an order hides it from the active admin view but does not cancel the transaction or erase records needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Deleting a giveaway removes it from active public and administrative lists, but published rules, entries, comment-verification evidence, draw results, winner decisions, and administrative audit history may be preserved to protect the integrity of the promotion and satisfy legal or operational retention requirements.
Sponsor agreements, version history, signatures, invoice line items and status, payment confirmations, receipts, financial-clearance overrides, and related audit events are not erased merely because a campaign ends or portal access is disabled. We retain those records only for legitimate business, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
15. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, future availability, collectible value, grading outcomes, resale results, or winning a giveaway. Nothing in these terms excludes legal warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws that apply where NinjaRips.TV operates, without limiting mandatory protections available where you live. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms in effect when an order was placed or a membership charge was authorized, the signed agreement and invoice applicable to a sponsor campaign, and Official Rules accepted when a giveaway entry was submitted continue to govern that transaction unless the law requires otherwise.
