Account opt-in is voluntary and is separate from promotional email subscriptions. Accept these general conditions once, and manage your choice in Account → Giveaways.
Eligibility and entry
You must confirm by checkbox that you are 18 or older and reside in Canada or the United States. No birth date or separate country of residence is collected. Confirmations must be truthful; false declarations may result in disqualification. Each draw publishes its own prize, dates, entry method, eligibility restrictions and Official Rules. Review those details before entering. No purchase is necessary, and purchases do not improve your odds. A qualifying YouTube comment must identify your exact Rip Name; extra comments do not create extra entries. Subscribing and liking are not eligibility checks. YouTube does not sponsor or administer these giveaways.
Prize claims
Winners are emailed a link to Account → Giveaways. You have 10 days from winner selection to claim and confirm your mailing address and that you are 18 or older. If you miss the deadline, you forfeit your prize. No extensions or exceptions. Prizes will only be shipped to an eligible address in Canada or the United States.
Your records and choice
We save your rules version, acceptance date and time, age and residence checkbox confirmations privately for giveaway administration, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have accepted the account giveaway rules and be opted in when winners are drawn, including YouTube comment draws. Opting out stops new entries and excludes you from future drawings. Past entries and already-awarded prize claims remain recorded. Changes to these general conditions may require a new acceptance; ordinary draw details do not require another modal.
